Quality assurance is crucial at every stage of our production process. Our onsite production enables optimized logistics chains from the standing tree, through various production steps, to the finished product. State-of-the-art work structures reduce transport and work routes and at the same time create customer proximity. Our production, production routes and production sites are operated in accordance with FSC and CE certification to ensure the highest standards.
Our quality promise
We source the raw materials for our plywood products from locally grown wood species in Southeast Asia and ensure the highest European quality standards and sustainability certifications. Our focus on quality and environmental awareness is reflected in every step of the sourcing and production processes to deliver products of outstanding quality.
The EUTR (EU Timber Regulation) is also of great importance to us. It ensures that our timber products comply with European legislation, underlining our ethical and legally compliant approach.
Sustainability right from the start
Sustainability has been a central principle at Advanced Plywood from the very beginning. We utilize specially adapted fast-growing tree varieties sourced from Southeast Asia that are sustainably cultivated and subject to permanent reforestation efforts. This approach safeguards the environment and promotes responsible resource management.
The FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) certificate is a central and consistent element of our product range. As an internationally recognized certification system, the FSC stands for responsible forest management worldwide. This means that the wood we purchase comes from forests that are managed in accordance with strict social, ecological and economic criteria.
Outlook
In the coming years we plan to investment into larger plywood sizes and an extended product-range by adding new production facilities and emission-saving transport routes. We are also focusing on expanding our team for research and development in order to continue offering innovative plywood products and individual product solutions.
